During this empowering event, mothers will have the opportunity to experience an experience focused on self-care, healing, and personal growth. A guided meditation session, sound healing, and  lymphatic drainage demonstration, each aspect of the event is designed to help mothers reconnect with their inner essence, nurture their well-being, and cultivate a sense of balance and empowerment in their lives.

Led by experienced practitioners the event will offer a safe and supportive environment for mothers to explore and embrace their unique strengths, release stress and tension, and tap into the transformative power of self-love and self-discovery.
