Join us for a beautiful and uplifting experience at our monthly sound journey immersion experience at Be the Change- The Healing Collective.

We have chairs you can reserve or use our yoga mats and blankets.

Bring a water bottle, crystals, eye mask…anything that makes your body feel relaxed, comfortable and supported.

Crystal singing bowls and other vibrational instruments are played during this class to help clear energy and further nourish the body and soul.

A sound journey can help quiet the mind’s chatter, allowing one to enter a state of profound relaxation and balance – a serene place of thoughtlessness where the nervous system can fully relax and reset. Embracing this transformative experience lies at the core of the sound therapy and serves as its ultimate purpose.

Come experience this transformation of stress and anxiety where vibrations help to shift stuck or blocked energy while setting an intention to restore balance to the body. This is a great way to clear yourself and recharge for the week ahead. For those interested, it can also assist in achieving deeper stages of meditation.

About your Facilitator :

Susan’s journey began many years ago with a profound realization that led her to delve deeply into self-love, mindfulness, meditation, vibration, energy, quantum physics, neurology, chakras, crystals, and more. Her insatiable curiosity and commitment to learning revealed her purpose and superpowers.

As a certified Life, Transformation and Mindset Coach, trained at an international Life Coaching school, Susan has honed her understanding of self and others.

Having a passion for music and its healing vibrations, Susan has pursued being an energy and vibrational alchemist, earning certifications as a Reiki and Crystal practitioner as well as various other sound and energy modalities. She utilizes these skills to facilitate positive change in herself and others while persistently seeking deeper wisdom and knowledge.
